International Tax Advisory
Advisory services in the field of international and European Union tax law, aimed at both individuals and domestic and multinational companies.
Italian tax lawyers with over thirty years of experience in domestic and international tax law
Ciani Partners is an independent tax consultancy and tax law firm based in Milan, at Via dei Bossi 2A, in the city centre. Our Italian tax lawyers advise companies, private clients, families and international groups on Italian and international tax matters, and represent them in tax disputes.
The firm was founded in 2015 as the tax spin-off of the Tonucci & Partners law firm. Since then we have supported clients on complex tax issues: from planning and compliance to tax audits by the Italian tax authorities, and from litigation before the Italian tax courts to the Supreme Court and the European courts.
We work in English and Italian with foreign individuals moving to Italy, overseas companies investing in the country and multinational groups with Italian subsidiaries. Every matter is handled with a tailored approach and close attention to legislative and case-law developments, so that clients receive practical solutions and effective protection.
