Advocate Gabriele Vitiello | Biography
He graduated from the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2004 with a thesis in Criminal Procedural Law entitled “The trial hearing: testimony”.
He attended the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions in 2005/2006, completing it with a thesis in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Constitutional Justice entitled “external complicity: structure, evidentiary issues and profiles of constitutional legitimacy”.
In 2008 he obtained a Master in “Law and Business” at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milan.
He has been registered with the Torre Annunziata Bar Council since 16 June 2008.
He mainly practises in criminal and corporate matters, dealing with numerous aspects connected with Bankruptcy Law 5/2006.
He has worked on important trials that have allowed him to deepen his knowledge of offences against Public Administration, Public Order and Public Faith.
He has assisted and continues to assist individuals in some of the most significant national court cases.
He has also gained extensive experience in tax and banking criminal law and in drafting corporate organisational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
