Advocate Vittoriano Tinelli | Biography
Specialised in corporate taxation (second-level Master “Experts in Taxation and International Corporate Finance” organised by the Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze) and tax litigation, Vittoriano Tinelli assists leading national and international groups on tax, contractual and compliance matters.
He has gained significant experience in commercial, banking and financial contracts for industrial and commercial groups, as well as in civil and corporate advisory and litigation, including arbitration, also dealing with regulatory issues.
He works in the compliance field, in particular in data protection and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He is a member of the Bari Bar Association and is qualified to practise before the Court of Cassation and Superior Jurisdictions.
