Advocate Gabriele Damascelli | Biography
Gabriele Damascelli, a tax lawyer in customs and international trade matters, is author of articles and case notes for leading Italian specialised tax law journals and a speaker at conferences on customs duties, VAT and excise taxation in international trade operations.
He is co-author of the “Customs Code of VAT and Excise Duties”, 2021 and 2022 editions for Pacini Giuridica, and author of the 2023 edition of the “Customs, VAT and Excise Laws Code” published by Giuffrè.
He is co-author of the work “Duties, VAT and Excise Duties. The rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union” for Giappichelli, in the 2023 and 2024 editions.
He collaborates with Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Bollettino tributario and Euroconference.
