Dr. Francesco Porpora LL.M. | Biography
Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Auditors, Francesco Porpora is a member of its International Tax Commission. He has served as Lombardy delegate of the National Institute of Legal Auditors.
He is enrolled in the Register of trainee lawyers in Como and of trainee notaries in Milan and has carried out his traineeship at the de Vivo notary firm.
Graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from Bocconi University in Milan, he obtained specialisations in Business Tax Law and International Tax Law. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Insubria, Como, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honours from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
He has gained professional experience at leading tax and corporate consulting firms and prestigious academic tax chambers, with particular focus on international, real estate and financial taxation. He is authorised to act before provincial and regional tax commissions and is a prolific author on tax matters.
Specialised in corporate income, extraordinary transactions, international and real estate taxation and indirect taxes, he has significant experience in trusts, asset protection and business generational handovers.
